COAT CHECK

Opens Wednesday, March 1 at 7:30am.

Fees are $3 per checked item.

 

EMAIL STATION – CYBER CAFÉ

If you need to check your email, airline reservations, search the Internet or vote for the Attendees’ Choice Awards, you can do that conveniently inside the exhibit hall.  The Cyber Café is open during indoor exhibit hours.  

 

FOOD SERVICE

Concession areas and restaurants are open during show hours and located throughout Halls C1-C4 in the Center.  See the map feature for locations.  Limited service is available during exhibitor set-up days. 

 

SHOW SECURITY & LOST & FOUND

The Center and HPBA hold the safe and orderly conduct of the HPBExpo as one of their highest priorities.  For questions or concerns related to security while at the show, you may contact show security located at the show main entrance (C2 Show Office).  Security guards will be in place throughout the indoor and outdoor floors on a 24-hour basis during the entire show.

 

BUSINESS SERVICE CENTER

For your convenience, a Business Service Center is located in the lobby next to the C1 hall entrance.  A complete listing of services and prices is available at the center.  Hours: Monday through Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Thursday and Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm. FIRST AID OFFICE

There will be a Medical Service Provider available during show hours and for Exhibitor Move-In/Move-Out.  The First Aid Offices are located indoors at the show main entrance (C3 First Aid) and the Freeman Service Trailer for the Outdoor Burn Area. 

 

RENTAL CAR INFORMATION

HPBExpo has negotiated discounted rates with Hertz. You may book rentals online or call Hertz Rental at (800) 654-2240 (US, Canada, and Toronto) and outside of these areas call (405) 749-4434; available 24 Hours. Advise the agent that you are attending the HPBExpo 2017 and reference CV# 048B0009.

HPBEXPO SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

HPBExpo will offer shuttle bus service from hotels within the HPBExpo Housing block to the Georgia World Congress Center. Click here to view the HPBExpo Hotel block and map. These shuttles will run Wednesday through Saturday.

 

Georgia World Congress Center PARKING

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority operates three surface lots and two parking decks on campus managed by SP+. There are over 5,600 parking spaces to make visiting the GWCCA convenient for guests.

Standard daily rate for parking is $10. During major events and game days, parking ranges from $15 – $50 on campus. All lots are gated and attendants are on duty during all show/event hours. Additionally, our own public safety force patrols the lots and decks ensuring the safety of you and your automobile. Click here for Directions & Map.

 

WHEELCHAIR & SCOOTER RESERVATION

Rentals can be ordered in advance or onsite through the FedEx Offices in the Georgia World Congress Center located in Building B and C entrance lobbies. Please call (404) 223-4660. Reservations made in advance are preferred.
